When a business treats you like they do, people need to know. When a doctors office has inept people working for them and treat people with no regard, people need to know. I had used this Dr. for at least 3 years. No issues.
Then 2 days ago when I check out, I get hit with $159 more than my co pay. The girl at desk tells me she can't read the item codes. Tells me this is contracted price. In other words the Dr. is NOT getting paid from my insurance company. So they charge me. Ok. I can deal with that. Here is what I can not deal with. Doctor used the SAME nitrogen freeze on me, and charged 90 for one and 69 for other b/c it was coded different. RIPOFF. So I call to speak to doctor. Some med. assistant calls me back who btw was not too bright. She gives me the whole novel of what went on, and I told her I was patient for 3 years, sent my wife. I repeated that paying 2 prices for the SAME nitrogen was WRONG. When did I lose it and could not talk to that idiot? When she said to me "What do you want to Dr. to work for free?" I asked her if she will tell the Dr. she just lost a patient. She didn't care or reply. There are plenty of Doctors who appreciate their clients. This one obviously has set the rules in her office of how to deal with patients. STAY AWAY.
