Disclaimer: I love dogs. However when people take advantage of a good law, and use it to take their dogs anywhere, that to me draws a red line. Here is a real example... I was in @Apple Store which is always VERY busy. This guy has his BIG dog laying in MAIN isle so people had to walk around, in an already crowded store. Maybe it is not the law, but people who take advantage of it I can not handle!
