He moved to Rosen Shingle Creek in 2006 with the opening of the hotel and Cala Bella. Nester started his career at age 15, training with top chefs in both Orlando and Atlanta. Since then, he's developed a simple, rustic style of cooking that allows big flavor to shine through. "I believe that quality ingredients create the dish," said Nester.
