He moved to Rosen Shingle Creek in 2006 with the opening of the hotel and Cala Bella. Nester started his career at age 15, training with top chefs in both Orlando and Atlanta. Since then, he's developed a simple, rustic style of cooking that allows big flavor to shine through. "I believe that quality ingredients create the dish," said Nester. "I just assemble it."A Land Remembered's MacIvey Private Dining Room is the perfect setting for business dinners, rehearsal dinners or any intimate gathering.
